Putting it a different way, I like the effect of a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy with it's a relatively fast, inexpensive fresh start, to the results in a Chapter 13, because I don't think a five year "fresh start in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy" is either fresh, or fast. [read post]
