I guess one reason I am not sure where I come out on these jurors is that I think they are likely to be very scarce in the jury pool.)Assuming, as I think is reasonable, that the jury is made up of people with little or no knowledge of technology, how does the prosecution rebut the defense's presentation of a THD?
