In that case, the best way for a regional center to comply with the Rule 3a-4 exemption is to limit the activities of its associated persons to preparing or delivering written (not oral) communications regarding the offering, and/or responding to inquiries of potential purchasers in communications initiated by potential purchasers, using information contained in the offering documents provided to investors in the EB-5 offering.
