The San Diego County Court Employees Association and four employees (Susan Tran, Mary Brooks, Adrienne Banks and James Rolstad) of the San Diego Superior Court have filed a collective action against the Court under the Fair Labor Standards Act, alleging that the Court required off the clock work and denied them overtime pay and meal and rest periods.
