These, and related questions, create a category of third-party use of IP rights that is not quite a standard licensor-license arrangement, but for this Kat the category still eludes clear definition.Sideground IP is the newest addition; presumably, it has arisen by custom due to certain situations that made it desirable to carve out a separate category of IP rights created by a party, but which lie outside the scope of the agreement.
