. - A motorcyclist died in a collision Monday, June 27, on state Route 78, according to the San Diego Union Tribune.The accident occurred at about 7:40 a.m. while Harold Larry Marker, 64-year-old from Murietta, was headed eastbound, about 4 miles east of San Felipe Road in Borrego Springs, according to the California Highway Patrol.Marker's 2004 Harley-Davidson Road King crashed into a 1983 BMW when it crossed into westbound traffic while turning.
