Podía aventurar, más porque me gustaban las novelas policíacas y acertijos que por experiencia procesal, que la defensa de la empresa cántabra pasaba por apelar a fuerza mayor, pero no debía descarar que imputase  la explosión a los baches que propiciaron el deficiente estado de las vías públicas locales, así como a la cobarde estrategia de desplazar  la responsabilidad hacia el conductor.
