And I certainly agree that if a majority of Justices concludes that Trump is in fact disqualified and that the Colorado Supreme Court did not otherwise err in holding that his name should be removed from the Colorado ballot, that is what they ought to hold; I’m not suggesting that the Court disregard the law if it clearly demands affirmance.
