Far less than the cost of what it would take to properly process and handle the case.However, other shared hosts handle DMCA notices relatively well and other giants, including Hostgator, Dreamhost, etc. don’t have similar policies. [read post]

Supposedly using fastCGI speeds up WordPress, allowing more pages to be served at once, but I have come to think at least on a Dreamhost VPS it may be the source of random episodes of the server running out of memory. [read post]

If the plagiarist is using a custom domain, they’re most likely on an inexpensive shared host such as Hostgator, Godaddy, Dreamhost, etc. [read post]
