The government's appeal of the grant of the Rule 41(g) motion is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction; the order of the Central District of California denying the government's motion for reconsideration is AFFIRMED. 2) The government's seizures at the Quest facility in Las Vegas were reasonable under the Fourth Amendment.
