On the other hand, as discussed here, in June 2022 the court in the SPAC-related securities suit pending against Romeo Power denied the motion to dismiss, and, similarly, in July 2022, the SPAC-related securities suit pending against Velodyne Lidar survived the dismissal motion, albeit with large parts of the complaint dismissed (as discussed here).
