Fired for having a firearm inside his locked vehicle on company property, told that he would be arrested if he returned to the facility, and escorted from the premises by county sheriff’s deputies, the fired worker alleged that next, the company’s HR manager told employees present at a plant-wide meeting that he was a “security risk” and they should call 911 if they saw him on or near the premises.
