Moses, No. 074508 Conviction following plea of guilt to possession of crack cocaine and to being a felon in possession of a firearm was sentenced to 262 months' imprisonment is affirmed over claims of error that: 1) the police officers' warrantless entry into the two residences was unsupported by probable cause and exigent circumstances; and therefore 2) defendant's Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable searches was violated.
