 Its September 10 order list denied 135 applications for leave to appeal, closed one case, denied an application to appeal prior to a  Court of Appeals’ decision, called for the Macomb County Prosecuting Attorney to respond to an application, and remanded one case to a trial court for a ministerial correction to a sentence  and another to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration.
