Not only are we eating a lot of shrimp, but we're concocting a lot of explanations for why we're eating shrimp.Before reading the piece, let me just say that I think people think they should eat more fish, but they don't like fish, so they enlarge the concept to "seafood" and eat the one thing they like that isn't as expensive as the one thing in the category that they really like (lobster).Reading Stephen D.
