The problem was that the date inserted in section 5 of the Notices contained a typographical error. iv) It was just and equitable for service of the section 8 notices to be dispensed with in respect of grounds 10 and 11 in Schedule 2 to the 1988 Act pursuant to section 8(1)(b), but the court had no power to do this with respect to ground 8 by virtue of section 8(5).
