Briefly: At Fox13 Salt Lake City, Ben Winslow reports that the court “has signaled that it may be interested in taking up Utah’s historic ban on polygamy,” asking the “Utah Attorney General’s Office to file a formal response to a petition for certiorari by reality TV polygamist Kody Brown and his wives,” and that if the court “grants the petition, it would be the first time in more than 100 years that it has taken up a case on plural marriage.
