I also know that as I say that, just last night attorney April Charney had a court stop her client’s foreclosure in Florida because the judge ruled that the person signing the “verification” either lacked sufficient knowledge or perhaps wasn’t even authorized to do so under Florida law – it looks like 1.110 (b), but don’t quote me.
