    But thanks to us - the brilliant corporate law department at GM (not to be confused with those losers at that other GM) - we have finally found a way to outsmart that darn Chobani, screw over our customers (without them even knowing it), stop lawsuits that force us to change our behavior, and make our investors much happier (at least the ones who aren’t actual customers of ours)! Chinese companies, encouraged by government bureaucrats to expand ownership of foreign companies and assets, have now pledged to buy Saab, the Swedish auto maker that has been struggling to survive ever since GM cut them loose in the GM corporateUS  bankruptcy that closed down the Pontiac brand and wiped out the Saturn brand too.   To my knowledge, more corporations are registered in the tiny state of Delaware than any other, but few major corporations have their corporate headquarters or principal operations there — with perhaps the Dupont Corporation being an exception. [read post]
