Less clear to me is whether this category includes attention that is not sexual in nature but is directed at a single individual or group of individuals, such as “hugging, squeezing, pinching, putting an arm around someone’s shoulder and/or rubbing someone’s back when a reasonable person would know that such behavior is unwanted or after the recipient has communicated that physical contact is not desired.
