The judge, in dismissing the complaint, applied the principle set forth in Ratliff Trucking Corp., 310 NLRB 1224 (1993), where, under limited circumstances, a settlement agreement may also bar litigation of post-settlement conduct grounded in pre-settlement conduct that would itself be settlement-barred from litigation.
