" Regulations section 1.213-1(e)(1)(ii) tells us that medical care "includes X-rays and laboratory and other diagnostic services" and that "[a]mounts paid for obstetrical services are deemed to be for the purpose of affecting a structure or function of the body and therefore are paid for medical care.
