Based on my admittedly limited knowledge of the relevant histories, I: -- would rather have lived under Catherine the Great than Ivan the Terrible, -- would rather have lived under Elizabeth I than Henry VIII, -- would rather have lived under Louis XVI than Louis XIV, and -- would rather have lived under Mussolini than Franco, and under Franco than Hitler.For that matter, I would guess that I would rather currently live under Orban than Duterte.
