Not sure how it is I never noticed this before, but just now realized the IP Dragon blog has an excellent and very long permanent list of China's laws in English, with an intellectual property (IP) slant. [read post]

Dell Computer recently lost a trademark infringement lawsuit in China and I certainly hope that case is never cited as an example of China not enforcing intellectual property rights (IPR) because it is not (h/t to Asia Business Intelligence and to the IP Dragon). [read post]
