from the diaries of the tennessee dude... prosecutors - and i do not know any personally - must have an interestingly ambiguous existence at the edge of the ethical universe...those who seek the death penalty in murder cases with "aggravating" circumstances - personally and at a minimum i find all murders aggravating - must at some point in their own lives seek and ask for...
