Pie's legal team were preparedfor every eventuality Back in March of this year, this Kat confessed that he had failed to spot that there was even a hearing before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in a reference for a preliminary ruling from the Brussels Cour d'appel in Case C-376/22 Pie Optiek v Bureau Gevers, European Registry for Internet Domains and that he didn't have a clue what this reference was all about.
