According to research by Stanford Law Professor Michael Klausner and his Stanford Securities Litigation Analytics colleagues Jason Hegland, Carin LeVine, and Jessica Shin, there were 39 state court securities class action lawsuits filed in the first ten months of 2019, compared to a total of 32 for the full year of 2018.
