But nobody mentions that this is gobbleygook; IF KIM'S NAME WERE ON THE PAPER AS-SUBMITTED, AND NO ONE KNOWS HOW IT DISAPPEARED, THEN KIM'S NAME SHOULD HAVE APPEARED ON THE PAPER IN FERTILITY & STERILITY AS PUBLISHED. [read post]
