As NL and I noted, in relation to R (Van Boolen) v London Borough of Barking & Dagenham [2009] EWHC 2196 (Admin) (links to NL's note), there is a bubbling issue about the extent to which allocations policies need to set out all their terms; it'd be interesting to note whether this issue was canvassed before the CA in this case (hint, hint).
