 With all the usual caveats about the dangers of extrapolating from oral arguments, I think it’s likely that the court will overwhelmingly find (as it should) that the House Judiciary Committee has standing to sue McGahn to enforce its subpoena for him to testify, but that the judges will be much more likely to be skeptical of the House’s standing to enjoin expenditure of funds for building the wall in the Mnuchin case, as they should be.
