Should it come to pass that Jeong-Hwan Kim was not named as an AUTHOR in the initial submission to F&S, it will call into question the credibility of Kwang Soo Kim, Cha, and Lee. [read post]

Currently, SH Lee has been indicted for infringement of IP only (criminal case)The initial article in the Los Angeles Times did mention the presence of both patent and copyright issues in the matter involving Cha, Lee, and Kim. [read post]

  I suppose they could have changed the names (for example, when Daniel Dae Kim played "Agent Tom Baker" on "24," I thought they could have renamed him "Agent Tom Lee") -- but here, where the TV series is based on a book, it makes sense to keep the names from the book. [read post]
