One more in a series of posts by the Usana insider on a Yahoo message board: on august 10 when we first got news of the nasd delisting and bought 130,000 shares through d a davidson. we spent exactly 4,793,659.00 on the august 10 to settle the account. can’t do that because we knew about the nasd then and propped the stock up. on august 13 when myron bought we also bought in a manipulation of the stock exactly 50,000 shares from canaccord adams for 1,789,685. i could stand it no… [read post]
