  At least, not all of it.But with 41,000 nursing vacancies in England alone, this situation isn't helping effort to increase staffing or, for that matter, isn't presenting an attractive career choice for students.Notice it's mentioned that bullying is thought to be a common tactic to coerce longer hours or more shifts from junior staff,  to make up for staff shortages.But . . . the care is free!!!
