According to this article, if flirting by your coworkers bothers you, then you should let them know and put an end to it: ""Simply by voicing your concerns, you're saying to the colleagues, 'This is not O.K.,' and, 'It's time for a change.'"  The article even seems to imply that such flirting might constitute or contribute to a hostile work environment for purposes of sexual harassment laws.
