From 14 April 2014 it will be possible to file international applications under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), designating IP Australia as the Receiving Office, via the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) ePCT online filing service.Currently, electronic filing of PCT applications with IP Australia is possible using the PCT-SAFE system.
