George New Mills [2021] ECC Der 2 in which a family had sought to unite the remains of deceased; in this case the Chancellor refused to grant a faculty as the  cremated remains of both parents could be reunited at New Mills, and the creation of new family grave elsewhere did not justify the disturbance of an existing family grave.
