  One thing that ADF does which I suspect may anger some of the justices -- bad strategy here, folks -- is to put the word marriage in scare quotes whenever it is used in the brief in reference to marriages of same-sex partners, as if despite the court's opinion ADF is not ready to acknowledge that these will be real marriages.
