In a painkiller possession case reported this week out of the Texas Thirteenth Court of Appeals in Corpus Christi and Edinburg, the Court held that the pills were illegally seized as to the defendant, the passenger in a vehicle that was searched after a traffic stop by the Victoria County Sheriff's Department.
