People will argue that the only reason Kyllo came out like it did, preventing the use of technology to enhance senses, is that the officers were detecting something from inside someone's house, and passive alcohol sensors are used to detect odors present in the air of a car and that this difference causes Kyllo to not apply, as there is no reasonable expectation of privacy in the odors in your car.
