You heard it here first - as I predicted back on October 14, yesterday the three-justice panel of the California Second District Court of Appeal unanimously upheld the ruling of Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff during a November 2009 probate hearing in which Beckloff found that the father of Michael Jackson, Joe Jackson, had no legal standing to seek removal of the executors of his son's estate, John Branca and John McClain.
