Answer: In Pennsylvania, if you suffer a disfigurement of the head, neck or face that is (1) serious, (2) permanent, that produces (3) an unsightly appearance, and (4) is not usually incident to the employment, you may be entitled to receive sixty-six and two-thirds per cent of your pre-injury wages for up to a maximum of two hundred seventy-five weeks.
