I don't have much information about NECC and quite frankly it doesn't appear much is known about it, but (a) it has taken its website down; (b) it is not answering its phone; and (c) it has surrendered its license to the state authorities in Massachusetts. [read post]

Here's the timing: a) JP received a preliminary report which showed only the 1st and 2nd; b) Banc's deed of trust recorded; c) JP's loan closed two months later, without updating the preliminary report; the title insurance policy did not show the Banc loan. [read post]
