Google, a consumer (not app developer) class action complaint.A footnote in Google's filing says the following:"Each of the plaintiffs in the recently-filed Android/Google Cases—Epic, Mary Carr, and Pure Sweat Basketball—agreed to litigate disputes with Google 'exclusively” in Santa Clara County, i.e., in the San Jose Division for federal court cases.
