Needless to say, as the incidence (and public disclosure) of cyber crime increases (on almost a daily, if not hourly basis), and as securities fraud plaintiffs counsel (and the SEC) continue to look for new types of alleged “securities fraud” on which to predicate litigation (particularly, in the case of plaintiffs’ lawyers, class action litigation), the possibility of future such lawsuits increases exponentially.
