For failing to separate the wheat from the chaff, we again see error.One particularly egregious example of reliance on chaff, while ignoring the wheat, has to do with the use of drug experience reports (also called "AERs," "ADEs," “case reports” and various other things) that doctors voluntarily report to the FDA.
