 The show came after late night television host, Conan O'Brien (made even more famous by Leno-gate  - see Vanity Fair article here for a fascinating read about that particular incident), was sued by comic Robert Kaseberg alleging that the show had used four of his jokes posted on the Internet during the opening monologue.
