"   Omar's attorneys, Jonathan Hafetz and Aziz Huq, filed a second habeas corpus petition last year, but today the Third Circuit rejected that petition on the basis that the circuit's ruling in Kiyemba (now up for review at the Court's conference) stripped it of the authority to hear the new argument.
