Reeser of the Harrisburg office of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin advised that Harrisburg is one of the other cities which passed a law banning cell phone use while driving.However, it was reported that a local district magistrate judge ruled the law unconstitutional in the case before him based upon lack of notice to motorists entering the city.
