… Much of this seems correct to me (and I say this as someone who co-filed an amicus brief in 303 Creative urging the result that the Court reached), but there might be some uncertainty as to the "Finally" part, in at least some applications: A freelance painter who is willing to paint "Welcome to this holy place" on a Catholic church might have a good Free Speech Clause objection, I think, to painting the same words on a Satanist temple, or vice versa.
