In response to the Indiana State Bar Association's 2008 poll, 83.8 percent of 1,500 lawyers responded that Chief Justice Randall Shepard should be retained on the Supreme Court; 90.3 percent voted "yes" to Justice Theodore Boehm; 88.6 percent voted "yes" to Justice Brent Dickson. [read post]
